연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 영유아기 첫 자녀를 양육하는 어머니의 원가족 애착경험과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 자기위로능력의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 어머니 393명의 설문조사 결과를 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석, 중다 회귀분석, Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 영유아기 첫 자녀를 둔 어머니가 지각한 원가족 애착경험과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 자기위로능력은 부분적인 매개효과를 나타내었다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과에 근거하여 양육스트레스에 대처할 수 있는 어머니의 심리적 내적 자원으로 자기위로능력을 고려할 수 있겠다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the mediation effect of self-soothing ability in the relationship between attachment to the family of origin and parenting stress of mothers raising their first child in infants and young children. The survey results of 393 mothers were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program, and descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and sobel test were performed. Self-soothing ability showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between experience of attachment to the family of origin and parenting stress of mothers with their first child in infancy. Based on the research results, self-soothing ability can be considered as a mother's psychological resource to cope with parenting stress.
