연구 목적: 이 연구는 중도 시각장애인을 대상으로 포커싱 집단프로그램에 대한 전반적인 경험을 살펴보고, 정서적 지원을 위한 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 독특한 사례에 대하여 상세한 기술과 분석을 통해 이해를 얻는 방법인 질적 사례연구 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 내용: 포커싱 집단프로그램 과정을 통해 수집된 자료를 반복적으로 읽고 범주를 도출하여, 21개의 의미 있는 문장을 추출하였으며, 4개 범주와 12개 하위범주를 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구참여자들은 포커싱 체험 심리치료를 통해 자신을 이해하고 존중하는 태도를 가지게 됨으로써 장애수용에 도움을 받았다. 본 연구는 중도 시각장애인에 대한 상담 개입으로 포커싱 프로그램이 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 한계를 보완하는 후속 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study examines the overall experience of the focusing group program for Adventitious Visual Impairment and provid basic data for the development of programs for emotional support. This study was based on qualitative case study method, which has the aim to understand an unique cases through detailed description and analysis. About the focusing group program process, the collected text data was repeatedly read and deriving categories, Findings could be categorized into 4 categories and 12 subcategories. Participants in the study were helped to accept disabilities by having an attitude of understanding and respecting themselves through focusing experience psychotherapy. This study suggested that the focusing program can be effective intervention to the therapy for Adventitious Visual Impairment, and that a follow-up study is needed to compensate for the limitations of this study.
