인문사회기반 융합연구자들의 인력양성 성과활용현황 연구

본 연구에서는 융합연구의 필요성이 점점 높아짐에 따라 한국연구재단에서 지원하고 있는 학제간융합연구지원사업과 일반공동연구지원사업(융복합)을 통해 실제 창출되고 있는 인력양성성과 활용현황을 조사 및 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 한국연구재단 문화융복합단의 온라인 연구사업통합지원시스템을 활용하여 주관연구기관 및 연구책임자가 제출한 DB 및 연구결과를 토대로 조사 및 분석을 진행하였다. 학제간융합연구지원사업과 일반공동연구지원사업(융복합)의 인력양성성과로는 관련 강좌프로그램 개설현황, 국내외 연수지원현황, 학위배출인력 현황으로 분석되었다. 따라서 추후 융합연구지원사업에서는 융합연구자들의 연구성과관리를 위한 성과목표설정, 성과목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 모니터링 지원, 연구성과등록 홍보 등 단계별 연구성과 독려와 적극적인 참여를 독려한다면 융합연구의 체계적인 성과관리를 통해 보다 의미 있는 융합연구 인력양성성과 창출을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study tried to analyze the current status of Manpower Cultivation that is actually being created through the interdisciplinary convergence research support project and the general joint research support project. The sample of this study was analyzed based on the DB and research results submitted by the lead research institute using the online research project integration support system of the Cultural Convergence Foundation of the National Research Foundation of Korea. As for manpower cultivation performance, the status of department program opening, the status of domestic and foreign training support and the status of manpower with degrees were analyzed. Therefore, in the convergence research support project, it will be necessary to encourage research outcomes by stage, such as setting performance goals for convergence researchers to manage their promoting research performance registration.
