도박중독 교육프로그램의 효과성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 도박중독 교육 프로그램이 도박중독자들의 회복에 미치는 효과성을 변화단계 이론을 바탕으로 검증하고 분석하였다. 연구모형은 비동질 통제집단 사전사후 측정 설계이며 설계자료는 2015년부터 2020년까지 D센터를 이용한 대상자들의 데이터를 2차 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육프로그램은 도박중독자들의 도박문제를 감소시켰다. 둘째, 교육프로그램은 대상자들의 단도박 변화동기 하위요인인 양가성을 감소시켰으며 단도박 실천을 증가시켰다. 셋째, 이러한 하위요인의 변화는 내담자들의 도박문제를 감소시키고 변화단계 변화를 촉진시켰다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 도박중독 회복을 위한 치료의 방향성을 제시하였으며, 이를 기반으로 향후에는 지역센터를 중심으로 도박중독 교육의 활성화와 내담자의 변화과정에 고려한 개입을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study to verify and analyze the effectiveness of the gambling addiction education programs on the recovery of gambling addicts based on the stage of change theory. The study model is the nonequivalent control group design with pretest- posttest, and the design data was used as secondary data for subjects using the D center for 5 years. The collected data were conducted using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, education program reduced the gambling problem of addicts. Second, education program reduced ambivalence, and increased the practice for stop gambling. Third, the change of these subfactors redcued the gambling problems of clients and promoted change that in the change stage. Based on the result this study, the direction of treatment for the recovery of gambling addiction was suggested. In the future, interventions considered in the process of revitalizing gambling addiction education and stage of change clients were proposed centering on local centers.
