The results of the study indicated that job demands were positively related to burnout and presentieesm, and burnout was a statistically significant variable in explaining the variance of presenteeism among social workers. In addition, burnout had the fulll mediating effect on the relationship between job demands and presenteeism. Regarding these findings, the implications for reducing presenteeism among social workers regarding the roles of burnout and job demands were discussed and the recommendations of the further research were provided.
