영·유아 문제행동 지도를 위한 긍정적행동지원 프로그램 개발: 문제행동 사례중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 영･유아의 문제행동지도를 위해 문제행동을 유발시키는 환경요인의 수정에 초점을 둔 예방적 접근방법인 긍정적행동지원을 통해 문제행동의 발생을 미연에 방지하고, 영유아가 교육기관에서 긍정적인 생활을 형성해 가도록 지도할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법은 현장교사들에게 문제행동지도에 대한 요구도 조사를 실시하여 필요성과 사례별 토의가 포함됨 교수-학습방법을 도출하였으며, 문헌조사를 통해 프로그램의 이론적 근거를 마련하였다. 프로그램 내용은 주제이해를 바탕으로 하는 사례탐색, 토론, 실습, 저널 쓰기, 평가의 5단계 12차시 프로그램을 구성하여 긍정적 문제행동지원을 교육기관에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 프로그램을 통해 영･유아 문제행동을 지도하는 교사들의 긍정적행동지원 능력을 강화할 수 있을 것이며 영･유아의 문제행동의 발생을 줄이는 효과적인 대안을 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a program can prevent the occurrence of problem behaviors in children through positive behavior support that focuses on the correction of environmental factors and guide them to form a positive life in institutions. This program conducted a survey on the needs of field teachers for problem behavior guidance to derive a teaching-learning method that included discussion of necessity and case-by-case, and the program was structured through literature research. The program contents of this study consisted of a 12-hour program consisting of five steps: case search, discussion, practice, journal writing, and evaluation so that positive problem behavior support could be used in educational institutions. The program developed in this study will be able to strengthen the positive behavior support ability of teachers who guide young children’s problem behaviors, and will contribute to constructing effective alternatives to reduce the occurrence of problem behaviors in young children.
