Abstract
The purpose of this study were to verify the validity of ‘Korean version of Relational Depth Inventory-Therapist form (K-RDI-T)’ by using modified delphi-method survey before validating the inventory for use in Korea. For this purpose, relevant literature was reviewed. The inventory was translated in Korean and 8 delphi panels composed of person-centered counseling experts reached a consensus. As a result of the study, relational depth inventory consisted of 11 elements including ‘therapist congruence (genuineness)’, ‘therapist empathy/respect’, ‘presence’, ‘expansion’ and 25 inventory questions. This study showed significant in that modified K-RDI-T was verified with content validity to see a possibility of using the inventory in Korea.
