연구 목적: 변증법적 시각에서 소유의 행동양식, 존재양식이 변화해온 과정에 주목하며, 현재 사회현상을 통해 변화한 소유, 미래소유로서 소유잠재성의 개념을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 플라톤-아리스토텔레스, 로크-루소의 논쟁에 이어 현실부정적 계기에 초점을 맞춘 칼 맑스와 프루동, 국가의 존재와 역할을 다룬 헤겔, 베버, 맥퍼슨, 그리고 '접속'에 주목한 제러미 리프킨의 주장을 정리하고 이에 근거하여, 소유잠재성 개념을 도출한다. 연구 내용: 소유의 존재양식은 소유 대상과 소유하게 되는 주체가 복합적으로 되는 것이므로, 사전적 의미의 독점적･배타적 권리의 행사는 현실에서 극히 제한적인 것이 된다. 그리고 자기보존을 위해 타자보다 우월하기 위한 힘의 획득이 미래의 복합적 소유 개념에 가장 근접한 개념으로 보았다. 나아가서 소유잠재성은 미래 특정･불특정 시점에서의 유･무형 소유의 획득(상실)가능성으로, 확률에 의한 발현, 주요 행위자로서 국가, 국민이자 개인, 정당을 통하여 발현되는 현상들을 정리하였다. 결론 및 제언: 마지막으로 소유잠재성 시각에서 저출산, 부동산버블, 창업기피, 만성적 재정적자 문제를 살펴본 뒤, 이를 대안으로 제시하였다
Abstract
Based on dialectical materialism, this study focuses on the changing process in which the mode of possession and the mode of existence have been changed. In this regard, this study organized the arguments of Plato-Aristotle and Loc-Luso, Karl Marx and Prudong-who focused on the reality denial opportunity-, Hegel, Beber, McPherson. And based on this, the concept of Property Potential as Futute Possession was derived. The mode of being of the ownership is a complex of the object of ownership and the entity to be owned, so the lexical meaning of exercise of exclusive and exclusive rights becomes extremely limited one in reality. And I saw the acquisition of power (to be superior to the batter for self-preservation) as the closest concept of future complex ownership. In addition, the process of manifestation by the probability of property potential, which means the possibility of acquisition/loss of tangible/intangible ownership at a specific/unspecified point in the future, was summarized, and phenomena expressed through the main actors, the state and individuals, and political parties were summarized. Finally, I look at low birth rate, real estate bubble, start-up avoidance, and chronic fiscal deficit issues from the perspective of property potential, and put forward alternatives.
