생태계와 관련된 단원에 대한 고등학생들의 선개념 조사 －순천 인근 지역을 중심으로－

Abstract

Many researches have shown that students have their own conceptions of the natural phenomena on the basis of their experiences of everyday life, so when they have lessons, those conceptions affect them quite a little.The goal of this research was to investigate whether high school students understand the concept of part to be connected with ecosystem. We analyzed and compared differences of the concept according to region and gender.We sent a questionnaire in the ecosystem for the third grade of high schools in Sunchon region. The results are as follows;Most of students have correct conceptions about「Human and Nature」part of ecosystem. However, the rate of students' misconceptions was high about「Ecosystems' Balance」part. Urban students were forming more correct conceptions of ecology than rural students. It seems to be caused by differences in cultural and learning environments between urban and rural areas. There were not many differences in case of sex difference about ecosystem. However, boys had more interesting about「Human and Nature」part, so they were joined in more positively the class than girls.
