Abstract

The ‘Manchuria frontiersman’ policy was pushed rapidly with accelerating of continental invasion by Japanese imperialism in the middle-late 1930s. This policy affected fluctuation of the Korean society. The Korean society started to change by mass migrations. The outbreak of The Sino-Japanese War in the late 1930s, It loaded The Korean Frontiersman to Manchuria. The Class who want to remain vested rights appeared with pro-Japan collaborators as the central figure by Japanese imperialism in the Korean society. They were endeavored became ‘Subjects of Japanese empire’ as propagated and guided ‘Manchuria frontiersman’. In this process, The Korean in Manchuria and The Korean Frontiersman to Manchuria had to suffered hardships. ≪JaemanChosunin Communications Company(在滿朝鮮人通信)≫ as the organ of Heunga association(興亞協會) to performed leading role what rally of pro-Japan collaborators and adaptation of The Korean Frontiersman to Manchuria. This organ are mainly tone what met to war footing while still ignoring hardships of The Korean Frontiersman. They strenuously insisted wild idea of ‘The people harmony’ and ‘royal road and paradise’ and deceived reality. Also They weakened sense of fellowship as same people and dropped capability of armed struggle against japanese imperialism. The ‘Manchuria frontiersman’ policy by Japanese imperialism in the middle-late 1930s proceeded highly planned master plan of Japanese imperialism as ‘The Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere’. Since Sep. 1931, The ‘Manchuria frontiersman’ policy planned and changed for continental invasion and dominated Manchuria by Japanese imperialism. The ‘Manchuria frontiersman’ policy divided the former part and the latter part in the late 1930s. And also the latter part can be divided into three parts what The first period(The Manseon colonial company period)-The second period(The Japanese Government-General of Korea period)-The third period (The war footing period). Through these division, can understand truth of The ‘Manchuria frontiersman’ policy in depth.
