악취방지법의 시행으로 악취의 규제가 강화됨에 따라 대표적인 악취 가스인 암모니아를 검출하고 정량할 수 있는 화학적 반응을 이용하여, 악취현장에서 신속하게 암모니아의 정도를 측정할 수 있도 록 그 반응 감도를 극대화하기 위한 반응 조건을 연구하였다. 시각적인 효과를 이용하여 악취정도를 검출하기 위하여 악취 가스와 매우 빠르게 반응하여 진한 색깔을 띨 수 있는 검지반응 메카니즘을 개발하 고, 농촌 축산농가의 현장에서 축산 악취를 정량적으로 흡입하여 검지할 수 있는 검지시스템을 개발하였 다. 개발한 휴대형 악취 간이 측정 시스템으로 현장 실증평가를 수행함으로써 축산 농가 현실에 적합하 고 악취의 정도를 간편하게 측정할 수 있는 저렴한 악취 측정 검지관을 개발하였다
Abstract
The present study was aimed to see the chemical method for the detection of ammonia gas by means of glass tube type. Several chemical agents such as Congo Red, Bromocresol Green and Phenol Red were studied to see the changes of color during the chemical reaction with ammonia gas. The resultant device was tested at farm in the portable type for quick and simple determination of the ammonia gas.
