초록

본 연구는 자동차부품산업의 공급체인관리 결정요인과 성과의 상호 관계를 실증 분석한 것이다. 기존 공급체인관리 연구의 검토를 거쳐 본 연구에서는, 자동차 부품산업의 공급체인의 결정요인을 파트너십 요인, 정보 요인, 관리 요인 및 시스템 요인 네 가지로 구분하였고 성과 요인으로는 효과성 및 효율성 두 가지로 구분하였다. 분석결과 네 가지 공급체인 결정요인 중에서 파트너 십 요인, 관리 요인 및 시스템 요인이 성과 요인인 효과성과 효율성에 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 중소기업들의 정보화 수준의 영향으로 정보 요인은 성과 요인에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.
