최근 들어 기업들은 포장용기의 범용사용을 위한 프로세스 개선과 재사용가능한 포장용기 개발에 힘쓰고 있으나 포장용기를 중심으로 한 물류실태 파악에 관한 연구가 미비하고, 종합적이며 전략적인 연구개발의 부재로 포장용기를 중심으로 한 물류의 전반적 효율성 증대에 상당한 제약사항이 되고 있다. 따라서 종합적 연구개발 계획을 위하여 물류비 절감을 위한 포장용기의 운영과 관리에 관한 물류실태 조사분석 및 문제점들에 대한 개선방안 도출이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 상대적으로 사용량이 많고 개선효과가 큰 농산물 및 수산물 분야에 대한 물류현장에서의 포장용기 사용실태를 현장방문 조사 및 설문조사를 통하여 문제점 및 애로사항을 직접 확인하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시함으로써 재사용가능한 포장용기 개발의 방향제시와 종합적이며 전략적인 연구개발 계획의 부재로 어려움을 겪고 있는 국내 물류기업 및 농수산물 포장용기 개발업체가 활용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The lack of R&D plans has hindered increasing the effectiveness of logistic activities. Especially, the absence of research and analysis that reflects physical, chemical, biological characteristics of delivered items has stalled the optimization of logistic systems. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to devise an improvement plan for analysis and problems of current logistic systems’ status – addressing the issue of cost reduction for packaging container’s administration and management. This research’s purpose is to analyze following areas in order to devise an improvement plan for current logistic systems domestically. They are the process development of packaging container, patents related to packaging container. Also, specifically it will aim to formulate a plan to deal with problems of logistic activities in the areas of agricultural and marine products through analysis.
