경찰공무원의 온라인 교육훈련 성과영향요인 및 학습효과성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 온라인을 활용한 경찰공무원 교육훈련의 실태를 통해 온라인 교육훈련이 학습효과성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과 현장적용도는 교육컨텐츠의 질적 수준, 학습만족도는 교수자 역할과 학습지원 수준이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 경찰공무원의 온라인 교육훈련 활성화 방안을 위한 정책제언을 제시하였다. 첫째, 교육컨텐츠의 질을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 교육용 컨텐츠의 개발과 보급, 둘째, 온라인 교육훈련 성과 증진을 위해 효과적인 학습 설계와 학습 동기 관리, 교수자 역할강화를 위한 전략 수립 방안, 셋째, 경찰공무원의 온라인 교육훈련 지원수준의 향상을 위해 학습초기 동기유발을 위한 전략과 학습이 진행되는 동안 동기유지를 위한 전략을 단계적으로 수립하는 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to apprehend the actual condition of online education and training for police officers so that we can determine its effect on a learning effectiveness. In addition, this study also suggests the way to vitalize online education and training. First of all, on the policy front, it needs to construct and expand the state-of-the-art equipment and network, to aware changes in education paradigm named online education and training, and at the same time, to establish development plans for the overall online education. Second, to conduct the online education and training within the police organization, there are several things that need to be developed; internal education networks, online study models and classes well-mixed with the benefits of offline and online classes. Third, to develop and disseminate the contents for education and to strengthen the organization operating an online education and training, this study proposes dedicated department and professionals for developing superior contents.
