본 연구는 항만 물류정보 표준화 관리를 위한 온라인 참조모델을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 모델은 사용자 관점에서 표준을 쉽게 활용하고, 관리할 수 있도록 사용자-문서-프로세스의 3계층을 통합한 새로운 물류정보 표준화 참조모델이다. 이를 위해 정보기술 아키텍처(ITA)의 기술참조모델(Technical Reference Model)을 응용하여, 본 참조모델을 사용자, 수출입 업무 프로세스, 수출입 신고문서로 구성하고 분석하였다. 또한 정의된 세 가지 객체(object)들을 통합 저장하기 위해 온톨로지(Ontology)기반의 데이터저장소를 설계․구현하였다. 본 참조모델을 통해 온라인을 기반으로 항만 물류정보 표준의 저장, 검색, 가공에 대한 새로운 방법론을 제시할 것이다. 또한 델파이 기법을 이용하여 표준 전문가로부터 본 참조모델의 타당성과 운영방안을 함께 조사하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop an online reference model for the management of port and logistics information standards. In order to make standards much easier to use and manage from the user’s viewpoint, this study has integrated three steps: user, document, and process, and developed a new reference model for logistics information standardization. To this end, this study has applied the technical reference model of ITA(Information Technology Architecture). Our reference model is composed of users, import-export process, and import-export declaration for the sake of analysis. Also in order to comprehensively store the newly defined three objects, this study has designed and realized an ontology based data repository. We believe this reference model will provide a new methodology to store, retrieve, and process the port and logistics information standards on an online basis. By using Delphi technique, we, in association with standards experts, have tested the validity of this reference model as well as its operation method.
