피부미용사의 작업환경이 엄지손가락 통증에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to check the difference between the working environment of skin care experts that had to use hands and the pain in the thumb area, evaluate the standard of the cause, and suggest the proper ways of prevention and the post-treatment. The difference of the inconvenience and the degree of pain was meaningful in all parts according to the general characteristics of skin care experts and people of 5-10 years of experience took the most part in the difficulty of the working ability. It seems that it was the most used part for using and the mid-experienced people do the most works. When checking the influence that the working environment affected the pain in the thumb, it showed the meaningful value in types of working place, numbers of holidays, numbers of customers, and numbers of employees. It shows the welfare of skin care experts. It confirms that it causes inconvenience and pain of the thumb that is used the most among musculoskeletal diseases and working ability. And it was influenced according to whether they received prevention training or not in the inconvenience and the degree of pain. It is judged that the types of works and environment should be changed. As above, it was confirmed that the pain in the thumb that happened during the work of the skin care experts was evidently different according to the working environment. Thus, it is judged that when the working environment of the skin care experts is improved, the pain will be improved as well.
