목적 본 연구는 아동간호사를 대상으로 아동간호사와 환아 부모의 파트너십에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 대상자는 서울, 인천, 충북 소재 7개 대학병원 및 종합병원의 일반소아과 병동, 소아암 병동, 신생아중환자실, 소아중환자실 및 소아응급실에 근무하는 아동간호사 158명이다. 자료는 2013년 9월부터 12월까지 본 연구 참여에 동의한 자를 대상으로 설문 조사하였으며, SPSS를이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 아동간호사의 특성에 따른 환아 부모와의 파트너십 정도는 결혼상태, 최종학력, 직급, 근무부서 만족도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 아동간호사의 환아 부모와의 파트너십에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 자기 효능감, 임상의사결정능력, 임파워먼트와 일반적 특성중 학력이 아동간호사의 환아 부모와의 파트너십을 44.0% 설명할 수있음이 확인되었다. 결론 아동간호실무 영역 중 최적의 입원 환아 간호를 제공하기 위한 핵심사안이지만 상대적으로 연구되지 않은 아동간호사의 환아 부모와의파트너십에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 아동간호사를 대상으로 아동간호사와 환아 부모의 파트너십 중재 및 교육프로그램 개발과 적용에 대한 연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate pediatric nurse parent partnership and factors associated with this partnership. Methods:A survey was conducted with 158 nurses working in pediatric practice at one of 7 hospitals in Seoul, Incheon, and Chungcheongbuk Province. Data were collected from September to December 2013, and analyzed with SPSS Windows 21.0. Results: In hierarchial multiple regressionanalysis, self-efficacy (β=.19, p=.016), clinical decision making (β=.15, p=.046), and empowerment (β=.29, p=.001) were associated withpediatric nurse parent partnership, after adjusting for marital status, children, education, position and satisfaction with work unit. These factorsaccounted for 44.0% of the variance in the pediatric nurse parent relationship. Conclusion: These results suggest that pediatric nurse parentpartnership could be influenced by the predictors. Ultimately, intervention programs focusing on these factors should be effective in helpingpediatric nurses improve partnership with parents.
