본 연구는 패러다임 전환이 필요한 서비스경제시대를 맞이하여 인류가 지속가능한 삶을 영위할 수 있는 새로운 경제시스템모델 도출을 위해 수행되었다. 지난 역사시대 5천여년간의 경제운용 경험을 토대로 새로운 장기 지속가능발전 모델 구축을시도하였다. 현재 세계는 자본주의 경제시스템이 주류를 이루고 있으나 많은 문제점을 노정하고 있고, 과거에 공산주의 시스템을운용하기도 하였으나 실패한 모델로서 지금은 사실상 사라졌다. 사회주의시스템 등을 시도하고 있으나 인류는 이상적인경제운용시스템을 아직 찾아내지 못하고 있다. 현재 세계는 더 좋은 대안이 없다는 이유로 자본주의 시스템을 주된 경제시스템으로운용하고 있는데, 제4차 산업혁명의 도래 등 변화되는 경제사회환경이 일자리 부족과 불평등 심화 등 자본주의 시스템의 문제를심화시키고 있는 상황이므로 이를 개선하는 새로운 경제시스템 모델이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 인류사회가 경험하였거나경험하고 있는 경제운용시스템을 분석하고, 현대와 미래사회에 이상적이면서 장기적으로 지속가능할 수 있는 경제시스템 모델을도출하였다. 장기 지속가능한 경제시스템의 조건을 먼저 제시하였다. 우선 현 경제시스템의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 모델이어야한다. 현대경제사회의 특성과 경제 자체의 본질에 충실한 모델이어야 한다. 그리고 새로운 경제시스템은 인류를 위한 시스템이므로인류사회의 공통원리에 기반해야 한다. 또한 장기간 지속적으로 인류경제를 발전시킬 수 있는 모델이어야 한다. 인류사회가요구하는 평등과 자유 등 핵심 가치를 지속적으로 보장하는 모델이어야 한다. 현 경제시스템의 문제를 분석하고, 새로운 시스템에요구되는 조건을 분석한 후, 새로운 경제시스템이 바탕을 두어야 하는 기본 공리를 제시하고, 이에 기반하여 바람직한 모델을도출하였다. 도출된 모델의 구조와 구체적인 운용모델을 제시하였다. 향후 본 모델이 국가별로 상이한 환경에서 잘 정착될수 있도록 운용모델을 구체화하는 연구가 필요하다. 특히 인간 이성의 한계를 보완하는 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to derive a model of a sustainable economic system for humanity in theera of service economy that requires a paradigm shift. A new long-term sustainable development modelhas been built on the basis of thousands of years of economic operation experience. Currently, theworld is operating the capitalism as the main economic system because there is no better alternative,and the changing economic and social environment such as the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolutionis exacerbating the problems of the capitalism, such as job shortages and inequality. In this study, weanalyzed the economic management system experienced by human society, and derived an economicsystem model that is ideal for the modern and future society and is sustainable in the long term. Theconditions for a long-term sustainable economic system were presented first. It must be a model thatcan solve the problems of the current economic system. It must be a model that is faithful to thecharacteristics of the modern economic society and the nature of the economy itself. And since thenew economic system is for humanity, it must be based on the common principles of human society. Itshould be a model that continuously guarantees core values such as equality and freedom required byhuman society. After analyzing the problems of the current economic system and analyzing theconditions required for the new system, the basic axioms that the new economic system should bebased on were presented, and a desirable model was derived based on this. The structure of thederived model and the specific operation model were presented. In the future, research is needed tospecify the operational model so that this model can be settled well in different environments for eachcountry.
