간호윤리 연구 동향 분석: 2009년 이후 자료를 중심으로

본 연구는 한국의 간호윤리 연구동향을 통해 간호윤리의 발전 방향을 모색해 보고자 수행된 연구이다. 이를 위해 2009년 1월부터 2016년 5월까지 한국연구재단 등재 및 등재후보 학술지에 발표된 간호윤리연구 논문을 모두 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 5월 17일부터 5월 31일 까지 국립중앙도서관, 한국학술정보서비스(KISS), 한국교육학술정보원(RISS), 누리미디어(DBPIA), 국회도서관, 한국의학논문데이터베이스(KMbase), NDSL을 대상으로 문헌 검색을 실시하였다. 또한 추가적으로 한국의료윤리학회지, 한국생명윤리학회지, 그리고 각 간호학술지들에 게재된 문헌을 검색하였다. 검색을 위해 ‘간호’, ‘윤리’, ‘도덕’, ‘연명의료’, ‘생명의료윤리’, ‘생명윤리’, ‘윤리적 의사결정’, ‘윤리적 민감도’, ‘윤리 교육’ 등을 한국어와 영어로 검색어에 포함하였다. 그 결과 총 1,109개 문헌을 검색하였으며, 제목과 초록을 검토하여 중복, 학술대회 발표, 학술재단 등재 또는 등재후보지가 아닌 연구, 간호윤리가 아닌 연구들을 제외하고 최종 87개 문헌을 선정하였다. 최종 선정된 연구를 개상으로 연구주제에 따라 분류한 결과, 윤리의식이 33.7%, 이슈별 태도와 인식 20.2%, 윤리교육이 18.0% 순서로 많았다. 연구대상은 주로간호사(44.9%)와 간호학생(42.7%)이었으며, 연구설계는 조사연구가 74.2%로 가장 많았고, 실험연구10.1%, 질적연구 9.0% 순이었다. 연구동향 분석결과 한국의 간호윤리관련 연구는 특정 주제에 집중되어 있고, 간호사와 간호학생을 대상으로 한 조사연구가 대부분으로 나타나 보다 다양한 간호윤리관련연구주제의 개발과 더불어 그에 적절한 연구방법 적용을 위한 노력이 필요한 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the current state of nursing ethics research in Korea by analyzing original research articles published in the Korean Citation Index from 2009 to 2016. A total of 87 articles were analyzed and summarized in terms of topic, study respondent, design, publishing journal, and keywords. The three most frequently studied topics are (a) ethical awareness, (b) attitude and recognition about ethical issues, and (c) nursing ethics education, in order. Study respondents were mainly nurses (44.9%) and nursing students (42.7%). The most frequently used research design was survey (74.2%), and most articles were published in non-nursing journals. On the basis of these results, several recommendations concerning research topics, methodologies, and suggestions for the future nursing ethics research were made.
