현실요법 프로그램이 정신장애인의 회복태도, 내-외부통제력에 미치는 효과
The Effect of Reality Therapy Program for Recovery on the Internal-External Control and Recovery Attitude of Patients with Mental Disorders

Abstract
This study was conducted to help the patients with mental disorders, to boost the recovery of them through reality therapy programs, to analyze the effect of internal and external controls of patients with mental disorders, and to show the guideline for necessary application of the recovery programs. The program was run for 7 weeks and repeated 12 times for twelve patients (six in the experimental group and six in the control group respectively) diagnosed as schizophrenia. Wilcoxon test in SPSS Win 12.0 statistics programs was used as one of the non-parametic tests. The study result are summarized as follows. First, with the help of the program, the power of internal control from the experimental group was significantly increased and that of external control from was significantly decreased. Second, overall recovery attitudes and the importance of the recovery attitudes factor of the experimental group increased significantly but the effect of the recovery attitude factor 2 did not come out. In conclusion, this program contributes to the improvement of the power of internal-external control and the overall rise in recovery attitudes and the sub-factors such as attitudes toward expectation and possibility but to the attitude towards the overcoming of hardships in recovery. the necessity and the application of the reality therapy programme was discussed through the study result.
