Amid rising environmental awareness and China’s “Dual Carbon” goals, green supply chains (GSCs) are vital for corporate sustainability. This study investigates how industrial clusters influence green supply chain performance (GSCP) and the moderating role of digital capability. Using survey data from 294 Chinese manufacturing firms and hierarchical regression, results show that industrial clusters significantly enhance GSCP, with digital capability strengthening this effect. The findings highlight the importance of digital transformation in optimizing supply chain structures and provide new insights for both industrial cluster research and green supply chain management practice.
