청년 조현병 환자 부모의 자녀 돌봄 경험과 서비스 요구에 관한 개념도 연구

본 연구는 개념도 방법을 활용하여 청년 조현병 환자 부모의 돌봄 경험과 서비스 요구를 확인하였다. 개념도 분석 결과, 돌봄 경험 관련 69개의 핵심 문장과 서비스 요구 관련 36개의 핵심 문장을 추출하였다. 다차원척도법과 위계적 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 돌봄 경험에 대한 개념도는 ‘부모 초점 및 자녀 초점’ 축과 ‘상황 인식 및 상황 대처’ 축의 2차원으로 구성되었고, 군집은 총 5개(‘조현병 자녀와 증상에 대한 부모의 지각,’ ‘자녀가 겪는 소외감,’ ‘자녀의 조현병에 대한 대처의 어려움,’ ‘부모의 인지 변화,’ ‘자녀에 대한 돌봄 부담’)로 분류되었다. 서비스 요구에 대한 개념도는 ‘밀착 지원 및 일반 지원’ 축과 ‘공적 서비스 및 사적 서비스’ 축의 2차원으로 구성되었고, 군집은 총 4개(‘병원과 센터/시설 및 일자리 관리 시스템,’ ‘부모와 학교를 위한 교육 및 상담,’ ‘전담 전문 인력의 필요성,’ ‘전담 제도적 지원’)로 나타났다. 본 연구는 ‘청년’ 조현병 환자 부모의 자녀 돌봄 경험과 서비스 니즈(needs)를 그들의 고유한 시각에서 밝혔다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study employed a concept-mapping approach to identify the caring experiences and service needs of parents of young adults with schizophrenia. As a result, 69 items for caring experiences and 36 items for service needs were extracted. The caring experiences were categorized into two dimensions: 'parent and child focus' and 'situation awareness and situation response. Five clusters emerged within these dimensions, encompassing parental perceptions of their child and the associated symptoms, the child's experience of loneliness, the challenges parents face in managing the child’s schizophrenia, shifts in parental perceptions, and the overall burden on caregivers. Similarly, the service needs were divided into 'intensive support and general support' and 'public services versus private services,' yielding four clusters: hospital and facility/center resources and job management systems, educational and counseling support for parents and integration with school systems, the requirement for dedicated professional staff, and the need for systemic-level support.
