기혼중년여성의 부부특성, 여가특성, 건강특성이 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기혼중년여성의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 9차년도 여성가족패널조사(KLoWF)자료를 활용한 2차 자료조사연구이다. 요인은 일반적 특성, 부부특성, 여가특성, 건강특성으로 범주화하여 자료를 분석하였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 일반적 특성 중 연령(β=-.010, p<.001), 취업 여부(β=.008, p<.001), 가족의 경제상태(β=.005, p=.002), 부부특성 중 여성의 가사노동 정도(β=.001, p<.001), 결혼 만족도(β=.002, p=.003), 건강특성 중 주관적 건강생태(β=.061, p<.001; β=.065, p<.001), 수면장애 유무(β=-.008, p<.001)가 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 나타났고 설명력은 20.4%이었다. 이에 따라, 기혼중년여성의 건강관련 삶의 질을 강화하기 위해서 부부특성과 건강특성을 강화하는 맞춤형 건강증진 프로그램 개발과 예방적 관점에 중점을 둔 정부 지원정책의 필요성을 제언한다.
Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors influencing health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among married middle-aged women. The data were employed from the 9th the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families (KLoWF). Factors affecting HRQoL were categorized into general, marital, leisure, and health characteristics for analysis. Hierarchical regression analysis identified significant factors affecting HRQOL, including age(β=-.010, p<.001), employment status(β=.008, p<.001), economic status(β=.005, p=.002), extent of women's household labor(β=.001, p<.001), marital satisfaction(β=.002, p=.003), perceived health status(β=.061, p<.001; β=.065, p<.001), and sleep disorders(β=-.008, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 20.4%. To enhance the HRQOL of married middle-aged women, the development of health promotion programs to improve marital and health characteristics, as well as government support policies, is essential.
