특수임무수행자와 베트남전 참전군인의 로르샤하 반응특성 비교연구

본 연구는 로르샤하 잉크반점검사를 통한 특수임무수행자와 베트남전 참전군인의 심리적 특성을파악하고, 제대군인의 심리적 건강 및 복지 증진에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 특수임무수행자와 베트남전 참전군인을 대상으로 로르샤하 잉크반점검사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 특수임무수행자 집단은 베트남전 참전군인 집단에 비하여 EA, C’, M, Pure C, MOR, AG, PHR, Human Cont 변인의 평균점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 특수임무수행자 집단은 베트남전 참전군인 집단에 비해 높은 외상관련 지표 점수를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 특수임무수행자 집단은 베트남전 참전군인 집단에 비해 고통스러운 정서와 외상 기억을 해소하려는 동기가 높지만, 적절히 해소되지 못하고 증상으로표현될 가능성이 높음을 시사한다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과에 대한 논의와 더불어 정책적 제언과함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate psychological characteristics using Rorschach ink-blot test in veterans who performed special mission, and to provide basic evidence to enhance psychological health and welfare for veterans who experience severe trauma during military service. Anti-north secret agents(n=9) and Vietnam veterans(n=14) were tested using Rorschach ink-blot test and collected data was analysed. In comparison with a Vietnam veteran group, a anti-north secret agent group showed higher score of EA, C’, M, Pure C, MOR, AG, PHR, Human Count in Rorschach test. Also, the anti-north secret agent group showed higher trauma-related index score than the Vietnam veteran group. The results of this study suggest that the anti-north secret agents are more motivated to resolve painful emotion and memory related trauma than the Vietnam veterans, but their effort isn't working and eventually they express their mental problem via psychological symptoms. Including discussion about our results, policy implications and proposals were suggested.
