CoP 활동이 지식관리 프로세스와 성과에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구에서는 CoP 활동과 지식창출 및 공유, 그리고 성과 간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역의 경찰공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 가설을 검증하였다. 구조방정식 모형에 의한 가설검증 결과, CoP 활동은 지식창출과 공유에 각각 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식창출과 공유 간의 관계에 관한 가설검증 결과, 지식창출이 지식공유에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. CoP 활동과 지식창출, 그리고 지식공유는 성과에 각각 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 가설검증 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 경찰조직에서 성과향상을 위한 CoP 운영전략에 관한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze the relationships among community of practice(CoP) activity, knowledge creation and sharing, and performance, and to suggest the policy implications for improving the knowledge process and performance. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that the CoP activity has statistically significant positive effects on the knowledge creation and sharing, and the knowledge creation has statistically significant positive effects on the knowledge sharing. Also the result shows that the CoP activity, knowledge creation and sharing have statistically significant positive effect on the performance. Based on the results, the theoretical and policy implications for improving the knowledge process and performance are discussed.
