서지분석을 이용한 디지털 리더십의 연구 동향

이 연구는 디지털 리더십에 관한 국제 연구 동향에 대해 서지분석을 통해 분석하고향후 우리나라 공공부문을 대상으로 관심을 가져야 할 연구 방향을 제안하였다. 이와같은 연구를 수행하고자 WoS 웹 데이터베이스 플랫폼을 통해 서지정보를 추출하고, 추출된 결과를 바탕으로 VOSviewer 프로그램을 통해 중심어의 연결망과 중심어 간그리고 중심어와 관련된 2차적 중심어 간 밀도 시각화를 분석하였다. 디지털 리더십의연구 동향은 디지털 기술의 발전과 코로나-19(COVID-19) 상황과 맞물려 일상이 디지털 전환으로 이루어지면서 시작되었으며, 2022년부터 본격적인 연구 결과물이 발표되었다. 연구 영역에서는 관리와 컴퓨터 및 기술 부문이 가장 많았으며, 다양한 영역에서 디지털 리더십 연구가 진행되었다. 세분류에서는 직무만족과 지식관리 부문이 가장많이 추출되었다. 공공부문에서 디지털 리더십의 연구 방향은 물리적인 디지털 기술의채택과 활용뿐만 아니라 조직 환경과 문화 그리고 거버넌스에 관한 총체적 접근이 이루어질 필요성을 강조하였다. 또한 디지털 리더십의 연구는 디지털 기술 동향과 기술의특성을 파악하고 이해하며 디지털 리터러시를 통해 디지털 요소가 정책 및 제도에 어떻게 연결되고 융합되어야 하는지, 그리고 그에 관한 기대 성과를 위하여 인적 자원과 물적 자원을 어떻게 동원하여야 하는지에 관한 역량을 정의하는 내용도 포함되어야 할 것을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed international research trends on digital leadership through bibliographic analysis and suggested future research directions that should be of interest to the public sector in Korea. To conduct this study, bibliographic information was extracted through the WoS web database platform, and based on the extracted results, the network of core words, density visualization between core words and secondary core words related to the core words was analyzed using the VOSviewer program. Research trends in digital leadership began as daily life shifted to digital due to the development of digital technology and the COVID-19 situation, and full-scale research results were announced starting in 2022. In the research area, the management and computer and technology sectors were the most numerous, and digital leadership research was conducted in various fields, and in the subcategories, job satisfaction and knowledge management sectors were extracted the most. The research direction of digital leadership in the public sector emphasized the need for a holistic approach to not only the adoption and utilization of physical digital technology, but also the organizational environment, culture, and governance. In addition, it was suggested that the research of digital leadership should include the contents of identifying and understanding digital technology trends and characteristics, defining the capacity of how digital elements should be connected and integrated with policies and systems through digital literacy, and how human and material resources should be mobilized for the expected performance.
