이 연구는 축구 선수의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 경기요인에 관련된 하위 경기요인들을 탐색하여 경기내용을 구체적으로 기록할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 이들 각각의 하위 요인들이 어떤 상황에서 발생했는지를 기록 할 수 있게 함으로써, 경기내용의 결과만을 평가했던 기존 방법이 아닌 실질적인 결과의 내용도 세부적으로 평가 할 수 있는 토대를 마련함으로써, 현재 축구경기의 측정과 평가의 모순을 극복하려는데 목적을 두었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌고찰과 선행연구를 실시하고, K 리그 감독 및 코치, 대학 감독 및 코치, 전 축구감독 및 코치 등의 전문가 집단과의 반구조화된 설문을 통해 알려진 경기력 요인을 탐색하여 확보하였다. 문헌연구와 설문지를 통해 탐색된 요인들은 ‘삼각검증법’으로 구조화 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 축구 선수의 경기력을 평가 할 수 있는 질적 요인을 구조화한 결과 슈팅, 패스, 드리블, 차단, 태클, 파울로 6개의 기술요인으로 분류 되었다. 둘째, 6개 기술의 상황요인 항목빈도는 패스 46%, 드리블 18%, 차단14%, 슈팅 10%, 파울 8%, 태클 4% 순으로 구조화 되었다. 셋째, 6개 기술의 상황요인은 슈팅 15항목, 패스 72항목, 드리블 29항목, 차단 22항목, 태클 7항목, 파울 12항목, 총 157개의 세부요인으로 밝혀졌다. 끝으로 국내 연구의 경우 축구에 대해 선수 개개인별 경기력 평가에 대한 선행연구는 전무한 것으로 파악되며, 팀 경기력 평가에 관한 연구만이 몇 편에 불가한 것으로 나타났다. 스포츠 종목으로는 야구 등 몇몇 기록경기에 대한 지수의 개발은 이루어 졌으나 협회에서 관리하는 로우데이터 만을 가지고 선수를 평가 하고 있기 때문에 단순기록에만 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 선수별로 경기를 분석하는 작업이 쉽지 않고 기록을 관리․분석․운영하는 인원이 적은 현실에서는 불가능한 일이다. 향후 선수평가에 대한 다각적인 후속연구와 이를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 방법론과 인적자원이 확충되기를 바란다.
Abstract
This study was to identify relevant factors regarding to the performances and to categories the structures of coordinations based on the situational variables during the game in soccer. Additionally, it was also a main purpose of this study that the suggestions of factors in order to evaluate the individual performances was concerned rather than only use of the measurement or evaluation in the analysis for soccer. The critical reviews of literatures and the interviews to the expert group such as the soccer managers and coaches in K-league were used to identify and to store the performance factors. The results of explored factors by 'Triangular-test' were as following below; Firstly, the 6 main topics such as passes, dribbles, interceptions, shots, fouls and tackles were categorized. Secondly, the 6 variables among the situational factors in frequencies analysis were shown as passes (46%), dribbles (18%), interceptions (14%), shots (10%), fouls (8%) and tackles (4%). Thirdly, 6 variables among the situational factors were sub-categorized with shots 15 items, passes 72 items, dribbles 29 items, interception 22 items, tackles 7 items and fouls 12 items. In total, it was 157 sub-categories. Consequently, the researches on evaulation of performances within the domestic journals were not able to be found, but the evaluation of team performance were found a few. The sport such as baseball was considered that there were a couple of research about the development of index relevant to evaluation of performance, but it was only operated and manged by the association of the sport. Therefore, the analysis of match by the individual player was not able to be operated because of the lack of human resources. It is hope that the further research for the evaluation of individual performance is required.
