고등학교 축구선수의 축구재능 발달과업 추정

본 연구는 고등학교 축구선수의 축구재능 발달과업 추정을 목적으로 진행하였다. 고등학생 축구선수의 재능 발달과업을 추출하기 위하여 U13, U14, U15 중학생 연령별 대표선수와 U19 대표선수를 대상으로 축구재능을 주제로 한 개방형설문을 진행하였다. 개방형설문 결과를 귀납적범주화를 통해 분석하고, 고등학생 축구선수의 재능 발달과업을 추정하기 위하여 중학생 대표선수와 U19 대표선수의 범주화 빈도 비율을 비교하였다. 연구결과 축구재능은 심리지능, 경기지능, 신체지능으로 범주화하였다. 또한 축구재능의 심리지능 요인은 펀더멘틀, 동기, 정신력, 관계자본, 심리전략의 5개 세부요인으로, 경기지능 요인은 교류지능, 분석지능, 실천지능, 창의지능의 4개 세부요인으로, 신체지능 요인은 체력, 체격, 기술의 3개 세부요인으로 유목화하였다. 심리지능, 경기지능, 신체지능의 연령에 따른 응답빈도비율을 종합하면, 고등학생 축구선수의 심리지능 발달과업으로는 책임감, 희생, 신뢰, 마인드컨트롤이 추정된다. 축구재능 응답빈도비율 산출 결과 고등학생 축구선수의 경기지능과 신체지능 발달과업으로 직접적으로 나타나는 요인은 발견되지 않았다. 다만 자료 분석과 창출 과정을 종합하면 고등학교 시기는 경기에서 개인 수준에 머무르던 시야가 팀 속의 개인을 인식하는 방향으로 확장되기 시작하고, 선수가 경기에서 자신에게 전술적으로 요구되는 역할을 인식하게 되는 시기로 추정된다. 본 연구가 체육계와 체육학계에 발달과업에 대한 관심의 계기를 제공하기를 기대해본다.
Abstract
This study was to explore developmental tasks for football talented in high school football players . In order to explore the developmental tasks for football talented 150 youth national team football players responded to open-ended questionnaires. The results of open-ended questionnaires were analyzed by content analysis and compared with the frequency ratio of football talented specific domains by age. As the results, football talented were categorized psychological intelligence, competition intelligence, and physical intelligence. Psychological intelligence were categorized fundamental, motivation, mental toughness, relation capital and psychological strategies. Competition intelligence were categorized interaction intelligence, analytical intelligence, practical intelligence, and creative intelligence. Physical intelligence were categorized fitness, body shape, and skill. Frequency ratio of psychological intelligence, competition intelligence, and physical intelligence by age as belows. Psychological intelligence developmental tasks for high school football players were estimated as sense of responsibility, sacrifice, faith, mind control. competition intelligence developmental tasks and physical intelligence developmental tasks were difficult to estimate directly, but can be estimated indirectly. The center of the players strategical perspective were expand from individuals to team, and players recognizes their strategical role required in the game. This study provides an opportunity to look forward to developmental tasks of interest in sport fields and researches.
