Phytosphingosine이 첨가된 리포좀의 P. acne 와 S. aureus 에 대한 항균력 조사

Abstract

As the whole world's Cosmeceutical products market scale is getting huge gradually which aim to improve acne, atopy, psoriasis. thus it is accelerating the development of a research on the naturally antibiotic ingredients that are harmless to the human body. As Phytosphingosine (hereunder called PS) is the natural antibiotic ingredient that exists with 1∼2% in the stratum corneum of the skin, this study researched monovalence, with PSL, which was made of liposome. As a result of that, P. acnes, which is the causative organism of acne, S. aureus which is the causative organism of atopy showed the monovalence of more than 99% in the concentration 25㎍/㎖. Therefore, PS hampers the growth of P. acnes and S. aureus shows the monovalence. thus it seems that the possibility of applying PS as the antibiotic ingredient, will get higher. Also, as a result of experimenting with PSL in order to be able to use PS, which is insoluble, more effectively, the monovalence is shown even in the design of liposome, thus this study considers it desirable to use as the design of liposome, which increases the efficiency for the skin delivery system of PS, and suggests the feasibility of using cosmetics to improve acne on the basis of this, and it is thought to be expanded the range of utilizing the application of cosmetics as hypoallergenic antibiotic ingredient.
