중복·지체부자유아의 자세지도를 위한 임상동작법의 적용 방안에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 중복지체부자유 아동을 현저하게 나타나는 자세의 왜곡과 부전의 문제를중심으로 자세유지와 관련한 문제를 파악하고 바른 자세 지도를 하는데 필요한 지도법의 하나인 임상 동작법의 적용을 통해 자세의 부전, 왜곡, 치우침 자세 개선을 도모하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 특히 중복지체부자유아의 경우는 적절한 자기 신체의 제어와 통제가 불가능함으로 인하여 동작과 자세 개선의 문제가 발생되므로 바른 자세와 신체능력 향상이라는 차원에서 다루어지는 동작과제를 선정하고 지도하는 과정을 선정하고 적용하였다. 이러한 동작과제는 결국 아동의 수용적 태도를 기르는 동시에 환경에 대응해 가는 신체적 체험의 중요성 강조하는 지도법임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 임상동작법의 적용에 따른 지도법의 고찰하고 지도기법으로 제시된 방법을 실제 장면과 같이 그림으로 제시하였다. 이러한 지도기법은 중복지체부자유 아동 교육 현장에서 활용되어져 중복지체부자유 아동의 자세 개선과 신체 활용 능력 향상이라는 측면이 장애 아동의 발달에 긍정적으로 작용한다는 결론을 얻었다.
Abstract
This reaserch is based on imbalance and incompeletion of posturewhich is remarkable to children of Multiple disabilities. Main purpose of this reaserch is to get a grip on balance of posture and amelirate imbalance and incompeletion of posture by applying DOHSA-hou which is needed to instruct children of Multiple disabilities in balanced posture. Children with multiple disabilities who are not able to have a proper control of their body can have a problem in improvement of movements and posture so task of movement and the way of teaching movement are selected and applied to improve balanced posture and physical ability of children of Multiple disabilities. This task of movement can be the teaching method which makes children more acceptable and emphasizes importance of physical experience. Therefore this reaserch takes teaching method to applying DOHSA-hou into consideration and shows the way of teaching proposed like a real picture. We came to conclusion that this way of teaching can have positive results in improvement of posture and physical ability of children of Multiple disabilities by being used in education of children with multiple disabilities
