파크골프가 장애인의 ‘사회통합’에 미치는 특성 연구

이 연구는 장애인파크골프가 ‘사회통합’에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사하였다. 최근 파크골프는 노인, 장애인, 여성, 아동이 함께 즐길 수 있는 스포츠로 확산되고 있다. 조사 기간은 2013년 8월 11-12일까지 ‘제주도지사 파크골프대회’에 등록한 선수 221명으로부터 응답된 질문지 중 104부를 수거하여 분석하였다. 사회통합에 관한 설문지는 장애인의 일상생활, 심리적, 사회적, 환경적, 인구학적 특성으로 구성된 구조화된 조사도구를 설계하였다. 조사결과 인구학적 특성으로는 50대 이상의 장애인들이 파크골프를 선호하고 있었으며, 휠체어를 사용하는 장애인뿐 만 아니라 중증장애인들이 파크골프에 참여하는 비중이 매우 높음을 알 수 있다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인파크골프는 사회통합에 있어 일상생활의 만족감과 자신감에 있어 가장 많은 영향을 미치고 있으며, 장애에 대한 기능회복, 취미생활, 가족들의 지지 또한 선수들에게 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 심리적 특성에 대하여는 사회요인, 가치요인, 승화요인이 함께 작용하고 있으며, 장애인의 심리적 적응으로 정신집중, 인내력 향상, 친밀감 유지, 자신감과 책임감이 향상 되고 있다. 셋째, 사회적 특성에 미치는 요인은 여가시간의 활용, 공동체 협력, 직업적 요인이 함께 영향을 미치며, 따라서 파크골프로 인한 새로운 친구의 사귐, 동호인 활동, 비장애인과의 교류가 촉진되는 것으로 나타났다. 환경적 특성은 경기장의 설비와 장비, 장애인편의시설, 각종 경기규정과 관계가 있다. 그리고 국제대회 신설의 필요성과 동호인 클럽의 확대, 파크골프 경기에 필요한 보조공학 기기의 개발과 비치, 장애인전용 파크골프장 건립의 필요성도 더불어 파악할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study on social integration with disability Park Golf was investigated. the popular sports among persons with disabilities, on their social integration. Park Golf has widely been expanding in this specific population group, as well as in women, children, and the elderly people groups. A structured questionnaire was distributed to 220 'Jeju Branch Park Golf Tournament' players registered for this game held from 11th to 12th of August, 2013 and 104 questionnaires was analysed using a computer statistics package, IBM SPSS Statistics 20 version. The results of this study could be summarized as the following. First, ADL characteristics respect to on life satisfaction were revealed very important and confident. Physical recovery, hobbies, praises and encouragement of family was very influential. Second, the psychological characteristics respect to social factors, the value factor, sublimation factor together, and These areas was functioning as a mental focus, patience, intimacy, accountability that could be enhanced. Third, the social characteristics of the community collaboration factor, the use of leisure time factor, and the occupational factor together. Therefore, due to Park Golf fellowship of new friends, club members activities, interaction with non- for disability people were being promoted.
