아파트 커뮤니티 시설 프로그램의 복합화 요소 분석

Abstract

Unlike traditional linear program, creation and adaptation of the complex program in modern architecture is privileged phenomenon now. The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of complexity in programs applied in apartment community facility. Each program is categorized into five different type, which is culture, education, well-being, service, communication and examined if it contains the elements of complexity based on four different categories, which are human(human interactive program), experience(sense interactive program), time(multi-generation/user interactive program), and society(community interactive program). The result of this study is as follow: first, well-being type program is mostly prevailed type among the community facility program type as representing the interests toward improvement of quality of life these days, and multi-purpose space integrating more than two different space purposes into one program is appeared as a new complex program. Second, programs of community facility show the highest level on the elements of human complex space, which stimulates communication between the residences. On the other hand, the element of society complex space, which activates the collaboration between the residence and outsider and connects the community facility program to existing infrastructure, shows the lowest level.
