이 연구의 목적은 학교 밖 위기청소년의 훈련서비스 품질과 자기효능감 및 취업포부의 관계를 구명하는 데있었다. 이를 위해 학교 밖 위기청소년에게 취업을 위해 직업훈련을 제공하는 2014년 취업사관학교 훈련프로그램에 참여하고 있는 115명 훈련생을 목표 모집단으로 설정하고, 당일 출석생 전원을 대상을 설문조사를 실시하여, 최종적으로 회수된 유효응답 자료(93명)를 Windows SPSS 20.0의 기술통계 및 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 학교 밖 위기청소년이 인식한 훈련서비스 품질(3.86)과 자기효능감(3.74) 및 취업포부(3.65)는 모두 보통 이상으로 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 밖 위기청소년의 취업포부에 영향을미치는 요인은 자기효능감(+)과 훈련서비스 품질 중 취업준비지원(+), 교강사 교수역량(-), 교강사-학생관계(+)순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교 밖 위기청소년의 자기효능감은 훈련서비스 품질 중 교강사-학생관계와 취업포부의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 가지고, 학생상담･관리와 취업포부의 관계, 학우관계와 취업포부의 관계에서는완전 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among TVET(Technical andVocational Education and Training) Service Quality, self-efficacy and aspiration for getting a jobfor at-risk youth out of school. The target population of the study was 115 trainees whoparticipate in the getting a job training school. 93 questionnaires excluding unreliable responseswere used for the final analysis. In order to identify relationships among the aspiration forgetting a job and related variables, the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. The finding of the study were as follows. First, the level of TVET service quality(3.86),self-efficacy(3.74) and aspiration for getting a job(3.65) of the at-risk youth out of school showedabove average based on five-point scale. Second, factors influencing on the aspiration for gettinga job of ar-risk youth showed orderly self-efficacy(+) and getting a job support(+), teacher’sinstructional competency(-), relationship between teachers and trainees(+). Third, theself-efficacy of at-risk youth had partially mediating effects on the relationship betweenaspiration for getting a job and the relationship teachers and trainees, fully mediating effects onthe relationship between aspiration for getting a job and trainee consultation, and the relationshipbetween aspiration for getting a job and trainees’ relationship.
