산재근로자를 위한 재활프로그램의 효과성 검증을 목적으로 제안된 다차원심리검사 단축형의 심리측정학적 특성을 알아보기 위해 산재근로자 1,829명, 대학생 232명의 자료를 토대로 신뢰도와 타당도를 검토하였다. 단축형 25문항의 신뢰도는 .952로 나타났으며 하위척도들도 신뢰롭게 나타났다. 확인적 요인분석을 활용한 구성타당도 검증에서도 5개 요인으로 구성된 것으로 판단하는 것이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 20대 연령집단에서 단축형 검사점수의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 종합점수 및 불안, 신체화, 우울 하위척도에서 여성 산재환자의 점수가 남성 산재환자나 일반대학생의 점수보다 높은 것으로 나타났고, 분노와 사회적지지 결여 하위척도에서는 산재환자집단의 점수가 일반대학생의 점수에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 단축형 검사의 활용방안과 재활서비스연계 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of short form of Multidimensional Psychological Test for Injured Workers. A total of 1,829 injured workers and 232 undergraduate students were sampled for this research. Results showed favorable reliability and validity. Cronbach’s alpha of short form with 25 items was .952, and the results of internal consistency for subscales demonstrated satisfactory reliability. The result of construct validity test using confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that 5 factor-model and data were very compatible. Female injured workers received a significantly higher score in quality in the related to anxiety, somatization, and depression. On the basis of these results, this paper provided both discussions and suggestions for interrelating short form and rehabilitation services.
