기존의 많은 통합모델 기반의 소프트웨어 개발이 불완전한 요구사항과 이로 인한 지속적인 변경으로 인해 일정 지연과 비용 상승이 이어지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 개발 초기부터 명확한 요구사항 정의를 기반으로 소프트웨어 분할발주 개념을 적용한 시스템 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현실적으로 여전히 초기 요구사항의 불명확성으로 인해 어려움이 여전히 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사례 프로젝트에 소프트웨어 분할발주 개념을 적용한 후 발생하는 요구사항 문제점을 식별하고 원인을 분석한 후 요구공학 프로세스와 방법론을 적용한 개선 방안을 제시하여 소프트웨어 개발 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 한다.
Abstract
Many existing integrated model-based software developments have been delayed and costly due to imperfect requirements and constant changes. In order to solve these problems, it is developed software system using software split ordering based on definition of complete requirements. In reality, however, It is still difficult due to the uncertainty of the initial requirements. In this paper, we identify the problem of requirements and analyze the cause of problem after applying the software split ordering to the case project. And we suggest improvement method by applying requirements engineering process and methodology. So we can increase the productivity of software development.
