소프트웨어 개발 제안인력 구성은 사업규모별로 인력 구성이 쉽지 않다. 소프트웨어 개발 사업인 경우 개발 예산과 비용을 통해 투입 인력을 산정할 수 있다. 하지만 소프트웨어 제안인력 구성은 일정기간 동안 인력을 산정하여 운영하며 이는 비용으로 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 제안 인력 구성방안에 대해 모델을 설계한다. 모델 설계를 위해 최근 소프트웨어 개발 제안인력을 분석하여 효율적으로 인력을 구성할 수 있는 모델을 도출한다.
Abstract
Software development proposed staffing is not easy to have personnel organized by project size. In the case of software development projects, the input manpower can be estimated through the development budget and costs. However, the composition of the software proposal manages the manpower for a certain period of time. In this study, we design a model for the proposed staffing plan. In order to design the model, we analyze the software development proposal manpower recently and derive a model that can construct the manpower efficiently.
