하이퍼레저 패브릭에서 보증 시간 감소를 위한 체인코드 실행 비용 기반 트랜잭션 스케줄링 방법에 관한 연구

블록체인 기술은 분산 ID, 탈중앙 웹과 같은 영역에서 활발히 논의되며 꾸준히 영역을 확장하고 있다. 그 중 하이퍼레저 패브릭은 비트코인이나 이더리움과 같은 퍼블릭 블록체인과는 달리 기업들의 요구사항에 맞춰 설계된 컨소시엄 블록체인 기술이다. 본 논문은 하이퍼레저 패브릭의 트랜잭션 처리과정 중에서 보증에 걸리는 시간을 감소시켜 어플리케이션의 성능을 개선하는 트랜잭션 스케줄링 방안을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 트랜잭션의 비용 및 엔도서의 성능을 측정하고 이를 스케줄링에 반영한다. 이를 위해, 본 논문은 하이퍼레저 패브릭의 트랜잭션별 비용을 계산하는 프레임워크를 설계하고 이를 통해 체인코드로부터 트랜잭션별 실행 비용을 계산하는 프로세스를 제안한다.
Abstract
Blockchain technology is being actively discussed in areas such as distributed ID and decentralized web, and is steadily expanding. Among them, Hyperledger Fabric is a consortium blockchain technology designed to meet the needs of companies, unlike public blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. In this paper, we proposes a transaction scheduling method that improves the performance of applications by reducing the time it takes to endorsement during the transaction processing process of the hyperledger fabric. The proposed method measures the cost of transactions and the performance of the endors and applies them in scheduling. To measure the cost of transactions, we designs a framework for calculating transaction-specific costs of hyperledger fabric and proposes a process for calculating transaction-specific execution costs from chaincode.
