초록
국내 거주 북한이탈주민 3만명 시대를 앞두고 있는 시점에, 통일대비 북한이탈주민의 사회적 문화적 적응 문제가 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 이와 관련, 북한이탈주민의 스마트폰 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 기술수용모델을 적용해 도출 및 분석해 보고 이를 보완하기 위한 정책적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
North Korean Defectors in the time ahead 30 thousand age, in front of Unification of Korea, social and cultural adaptation of North Korean defectors is becoming a major issue. In this regard, applying the technical acceptance model, analysis the factors influencing the use of smartphones of North Korean Defectors and proposes a policy alternatives to compensate it.
