본 연구는 EMP 대응시스템 구축에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 북한의 핵 위협은 계속 발생하고 있고, 핵 폭발시 발생하는 EMP 위협은 우리나라의 모든 국가기간산업, 통신ㆍ전자, 금융, 방송 시스템 등을 무력화 할 수 있다. 그런데 최근에는 핵 폭발 없이도 통신ㆍ전자기기, 메모리 칩 등을 파괴 할 수 있는 EMP탄 등이 개발되어 EMP 위협을 가중시키고 있다. EMP 대응에 대한 마스터플랜을 제시한다는 생각으로 연구모형 및 각각의 변수들을 고려하였고, TOE Framework에 UTAUT를 활용하여 연구모형을 구성하였다.
Abstract
This study is an empirical study of factors affecting the establishment of EMP response system. North Korea's nuclear threats continue to occur, and EMP threats in the event of a nuclear explosion can neutralize all national key industries, telecommunications, electronics, finance, and broadcasting systems in South Korea. Recently, however, EMP bombs that can destroy telecommunication, electronic devices, and memory chips without nuclear explosions have been developed, adding to the EMP threat. The research model and each variable were considered with the idea of presenting a master plan for EMP response, and the UTAUT was utilized in the TOE Framework to construct the research model.
