코로나 19 상황에 따라 코로나 진단키트, 비접촉식 체온계 등 의료기기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 또한 2019년도 혈관 스탠트와 인공유방 보형물의 부작용으로 인해 인체 안에 삽입되는 의료기기의 부작용은 국민의 생명을 위협할 수 있다는 사실이 증명되었다. 본 논문에서는 이런 해외 부작용에 관한 정보들을 수집, 분석하여 안전정보 관리를 위한 주요 추진 과제들을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 의료기기 부작용 등의 안전성 정보 관리 체계를 잘 수립한다면 보다 안전한 의료기기 환경이 정착 될 것으로 전망된다.
Abstract
Because of COVID-19, interest in medical devices such as corona diagnostic kits and non-contact thermometers is increasing. In addition, it has been proven that the side effects of medical devices inserted into the human body can threaten the lives of the people due to the side effects of vascular stents and artificial breast implants in 2019. In this paper, the main tasks for safety information management were presented by collecting and analyzing information on these overseas side effects. If the safety information management system such as side effects of medical devices derived through this study is well established, a safer medical device environment is expected to be established.
