컴퓨팅 환경변화에 따른 주요 트렌드 중 하나로 성장하고 있는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스가 사용자 성향에 따라 어디에 주안점을 주고 사용하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 UTAUT 모델을 개념 틀로 이용하여 서울 소재 대학의 대학생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 클라우드 스토리지 서비스의 행동의도 및 사용행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 파악하였다. 성별, 이용기간과 클라우드 스토리지 서비스의 이용빈도가 독립변수들과 행동의도와의 영향 관계에 조절효과가 있는지를 파악하였다.
Abstract
Cloud storage service, which is growing as one of the major trends in the changing computing environment, focuses on and uses it according to user preferences. This study used the UTAUT model as a conceptual framework to identify the main factors that influence the intention to use and use the cloud storage service for college students and graduate students at universities in Seoul. It was investigated whether gender, duration of use, and frequency of use of cloud storage service had a moderating effect on the influence relationship between independent variables and intention to use.
