본 연구에서는 망이 분리된 민·관·군 정보시스템에서 데이터를 서로 공유하고자 할 때 사용할 수 있는 민·관·군 정보시스템의 데이터 공유 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 모델은 송신측 정보시스템의 데이터베이스에서 데이터 변경(생성, 갱신, 삭제 등)이 발생하면 해당 내용을 수신측 정보시스템의 데이터베이스에 전달하는 데이터 공유 모델이다. 이 모델을 적용하면 서로 다른 환경에서 운영되고 있는 민·관·군 정보시스템 간의 데이터 공유시 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제를 완화하고 정보시스템 운영의 복잡도를 감소시켜 보다 안전하고 안정적인 데이터 공유가 가능할 것이다.
Abstract
In this study, I propose a model for data sharing between private, public and military information systems that can be used to share a data of information systems in separate networks. A proposed model is a data sharing model in which data changes (creation, update, deletion, etc.) occur in the database of the information system of the sender, and the corresponding data is delivered to the database of the information system of the receiver. If this model is applied, it will contribute to safer data sharing by reducing security problems and operational complexity that may occur when data is shared between private, public, and military information systems operating in different network environments.
