제로 트러스트는 아무도 믿지말고 철저한 확인을 통해 침해를 방어하는 보안 전략이다. COVID-19로 인한 재택근무의 일상화 이후 침해사고가 증가했고, 최근 美 바이든 행정부는 국가 주도로 제로 트러스트 전략을 추진하고 있다. 국내에서도 망분리 등 규제 완화 및 취약한 보안 시스템에 대한 대안으로 제로 트러스트가 부상하고 있다. Enterprise 환경에서는 도입 과정 및 운영상의 취약성, 조직 관리 관점에서 확인이 필요하며, 이후 실효성 제고를 위한 추가 연구가 요구된다.
Abstract
Zero trust is a security strategy that prevents breaches through thorough verification without trusting anyone. The number of breaches has increased since telecommuting became routine due to COVID-19, and the U.S. Biden administration has recently been pushing for a zero trust strategy led by the state. In Korea, Zero Trust is emerging as an alternative to deregulation such as network separation and weak security systems. In the enterprise environment, it is necessary to check from the point of view of the introduction process, operational vulnerabilities, and organizational management, and further research is required to enhance effectiveness.
