소상공인 정부지원서비스 및 소상공인 심리적 특성이 사업지속의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

초록

본 연구는 소상공인에 대한 정부지원서비스 및 소상공인의 심리적 특성 요인에 대한 심도 있는 연구를 통해 소상공인이 지속적인 사업활동을 영위하기 위해 필요한 요인이 무엇인지 밝히고 소상공인의 경쟁력을 갖추도록 하는 방안을 모색하여 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과, 소상공인 정부지원서비스 및 심리적 특성 요인 모두 사업지속의도에 긍정적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정하였으며, 특히 소상공인 정부지원서비스의 자금지원 요인이 사업지속의도에 가장 높은 영향관계를 나타내었다.

Abstract

Through in-depth research on government support services for small businesses and psychological characteristics of small business owners, the purpose is to find out what factors are necessary for small business owners to continue their business activities, and to seek ways to help small business owners become competitive. there is. As a result of the analysis, small business government support services and psychological characteristics factors were tested to have a positive and significant effect on business continuation intention.
