인공지능과 감성 지능을 결합한 인공감성 지능은 인공지능 서비스의 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심 요소로 주목받고 있다. 오늘날, 전 세계 56%의 소비자들이 인공지능 중심의 기술들을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 아무리 정교한 인공지능 기술이라 할지라도 인간처럼 감성과 비판적 사고 등 인간의 지적능력에 대한 본질적인 요소는 부족하다. 이것은 인공지능이 우리의 삶과 업무를 완전히 대신하지 못하는 유일한 이유 중 하나이다. 그러나 인공지능에 감정, 공감, 윤리, 비판적 사고 등을 불어넣는 작업은 인공지능 기술자들이 지향하는 목표로서, 상당히 큰 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 인공지능에 감성을 불어넣은 인공감성 지능은 인공지능의 가치와 그 쓰임새에 있어 중요한 차별화 요소가 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 발전을 거듭하고 있는 인공지능에 감성 지능을 결합한 인공감성 지능 기술들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence, which combines artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence, is attracting attention as a key factor in determining the competitiveness of artificial intelligence services. Today, 56% of consumers around the world are using AI-centric technologies. However, even the most sophisticated AI technology lacks the essential elements of human intellectual ability such as emotion and critical thinking. This is one of the only reasons that AI can't completely replace our life and work. Therefore, the work of injecting emotion, empathy, ethics, and critical thinking into artificial intelligence is a goal that artificial intelligence engineers aim at and is making great efforts. In particular, artificial intelligence that instills emotion into artificial intelligence will be an important differentiator in the value and use of artificial intelligence. In this paper, we will look into artificial intelligence technology combining emotional intelligence with emotional intelligence.
