Abstract

In recent years, academic research on Wang yang-ming community gradually expanded to the first and the second generation disciple. It becomes a component section of the study. However, the materials of Wang yang-ming community were stored badly or even lost. Even though the academia started to collect, but there are still further supplement and material space. Liancheng Tong Genealogy located in Liancheng library of Fujian province includes the Poetry and Literature of Wang Yang-ming School such as Wang yang-ming himself and his brother Wang Shoudi, Wang Shouwen and disciples, Wangji, Wanggen, Zhu Dezhi, Huang Honggang, Zenbian, Wei Liangzheng, Wei Liangqi, Zhang Yuanchong, Huang Wenhuan, which has involved the disciples’attitude towards Yangming's “Conscience Says”. These Poetry and Literature have not been found in any other document cataloguing. The discovery of these new materials can help us to explore the activities and ideas of Wang Yang-ming School before and after Ming Jiajing four years (in 1525). This article will unearth the documents for the first time. The new data will strongly promote academic research on Wang yang-ming community for the next study.
