A Study on the Developing Educational Program for Convergence Type Specialist based on the Textile Industry

The purpose of this study is to develop the program of convergent type of human resources in order to increase the abilities of job-seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs in the creative enterprises based on the textile industry. The results can be summarized as follows: The education programs in this study consisted of a Production Capability and Equipment Utilization program (8 subjects), a Technology and Business program (6 subjects), and an Incumbent and CEO program (2 subjects). The Production Capability and Equipment Utilization program included ‘Textile Material Practical Affairs 1&2,’ ‘Textile Material Application Technology 1&2,’ ‘Textile Material 3R Technology 1&2’ and ‘Textile Material Field Trouble Solving 1&2.’ The Technology and Business program included ‘Commercialization (open market 1&2)’ and ‘Commercialization (smart App.1&2).’ The Incumbent & CEO program included ‘Creative economy CEO’ and ‘Improving R&BD.’ It was determined that the program for the convergent development of human resources can be expected to improve the abilities both of specialists who want to get a job and of entrepreneurs, because this program provides a stable employment environment, addresses the stagnation of productivity in companies and the employment coefficient that has resulted from the global slowdown in business activities, and activates local industries through its very existence.
