초록

본 연구는 남녀 고등학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 사회불안 간의 관계에서 정서조절곤란과 부정적 평가의 두려움의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충남과 경남 지역에 소재한 인문계 고등학교 1-3학년에 재학 중인 학생을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였고. 이 중 667명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제, 정서조절곤란, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 사회불안은 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 심리적 통제와 사회불안의 관계에서 정서조절곤란은 유의미한 매개효과가 나타났으나, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움의 매개효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 셋째, 부모의 심리적 통제와 사회불안과의 관계에서 정서조절곤란과 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움의 이중매개효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating effect of emotion regulation difficulties and fear of negative evaluation on the relationship between perceived parental psychological control and social anxiety perceived by high school students. Surveys were completed by Grades 1 through 3 of male and female high school students in C and G regions, and 667 students were included in the final analysis. The findings were as follows. First, perceived parental psychological control, emotional regulation difficulties, fear of negative evaluation and social anxiety showed a significant positive correlation. Second, the mediation effect of emotional regulation difficulties between perceived parental psychological control and social anxiety was verified, but the mediation effect of fear of negative evaluation was unverified. Third, the dual mediation effect of emotional regulation difficulties and fear of negative evaluation between perceived parental psychological control and social anxiety were verified. Based on these result, this study suggests the implications, limitations, suggestions of future studies were discussed.
