본 연구의 목적은 장애인주간보호시설 사회복지사의 전문직 정체성 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 전국의 장애인주간보호시설 39개 기관에서 202명의 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, t검정, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역할갈등은 실무자와 복지관부설기관 사회복지사가 높았으며, 역할모호성은 실무자에게서 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 전문직 정체성에 영향을 준 유의미한 요인들은 연령, 직급, 개인-역할갈등, 업무자체의 역할모호성 등이었다. 즉, 연령과 직급이 높을수록, 개인-역할갈등이 적을수록, 업무자체에 대한 역할 모호성이 적을수록 전문직 정체성이 높았다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 장애인주간보호시설 사회복지사의 전문직 정체성을 높이고 역할갈등과 역할모호성을 줄이기 위한 방안은 지방자치단체가 보건복지부의 지원기준을 준수할 것을 제언한다. 또한 지방자치단체는 주간보호시설의 단설 설치 규정을 보다 명문화하고 강화하며, 주간보호시설에 맞춘 업무매뉴얼과 서비스 최저기준의 개발할 필요성이 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey of 202 social workers at 39 institutions nationwide to analyze the effect factors of professional identity of social workers in day care facilities for the disabled. The data analysis was conducted with frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis, and the results of the study were as follows. First, the role conflict was high among practitioner and social workers affiliated welfare center, and role ambiguity was high among practitioner. Second, significant factors that influenced professional identity were age, position, person-to-role conflict, and role ambiguity of work itself . In other words, the higher the age and position, the less the individual-role conflict, and the less the role ambiguity of work itself, the higher the professional identity. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that local governments comply with the support standards of the Ministry of Health and Welfare for measures to enhance the professional identity of social workers in day care facilities for the disabled and reduce role conflict and ambiguity. In addition, local governments need to specify and strengthen regulations for the installation of single facilities for day care facilities, and develop work manuals and minimum standards for services tailored to day care facilities.
