본 연구는 정신장애인이 인식한 사회복지사와의 관계를 Q방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이에 대한 분석을 위해 정신재활시설 정신장애인 10명을 대상으로 Q진술문 32개를 확보한 후 충남･세종지역의 3개 정신재활시설 정신장애인 30명(P표본)을 선정하였고, 이들로부터 유형화(Q-Sort)하였다. 연구결과 제 1유형은 <전문적 관계 유형>, 제 2유형은 <옹호적 관계 유형>, 제 3유형은 <의존적 관계 유형>, 제 4유형은 <사무적 관계 유형> 등이 추출되었다. 정신재활시설 정신장애인이 인식한 사회복지사와의 관계를 바탕으로 동등하고 협력적인 실천관계형성을 위한 함의와 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the type of the relationship recognition between mentally disabled persons and social workers using Q method. In order to analyze this, we obtained 32 Q statements for 10 mentally disabled persons in psychiatric rehabilitation facilities, and then selected 30 disabled persons(P samples) from 3 psychiatric rehabilitation centers in Chungnam and Sejong area, Q-Sort). The results of this study are as follows: the first type is <professional relationship>, the second type is <advocacy relationship>, the third type is <dependency relationship>, and forth type is <business relationship>. Psychiatric rehabilitation facility Based on the relationship with social workers recognized by the mentally disabled, implications for the formation of equal and cooperative working relationships and suggestions for future research.
